Does anyone know if it is possible to have a floating button in an Excel Spreadsheet?

I have a VBA that uses a button to clear old data. Currently it is positioned at the top of the spreadsheet, but I want the button to always stay visible as the user scrolls down the page.

Note: Setting up a button to run the macro in a toolbar will not work. The application is on a shared drive and used by multiple people and I don't have access to all their computers.

Can't you just put it on the first row and then use freeze panes to lock that row into view?

Regards

Okay, I was over-programming again. That would work on most of the data sheets but a few I will have to rewrite since the button is located around the 17th row.
