i receive from a socket a list of number
0 0.1 0.2 0.3 ..... 0.9 1 1.1 1.2 1.3 ......

and i would like to form it like

0.0 0.1 0.2 ..... 0.9 1.0 1.1 1.2

every time a non-decimal number is received, append it .0
that's my request
