flipped picture

A friend asked me if I could come and check his pc, he said that the picture on the screen had flipped horisontally 90 degrees. I found that wery wery weird. So I thought I might check with you guys first. Could somethig like this happend or be set with the monitor?

Or does he propably just mean that the toolbar has accidently been drawn to the left side of the monitor..?

nVidia & ATi drivers both have the options of rotating the screen to any direction you want - just check the advanced display settings. ATi drivers there's a "rotation" tab - I forget what to look for with nVidia drivers.

With NVIDIA, there is an icon in the taskbar to click on to get to adjustments (rotation settings).
