FlexLM 1

hey,

Windows NT/2000 network, with 4 acad map 2002 users and 3 acad2002 users. I have installed the flexLM on the server, and aquired the .lic file from autodesk, I have placed the file in the correct location, and when I go to run the client app, acad map or acad2002, if I browse to the licence file on the server it tells me that it is the wrong file, and if I locate by server, it hangs.
I have the FlexLM software running using the service. and it is set to start on startup which it does....
but still the clients cannot start their apps....
what am I doing wrong??

I had this problem before where the text that Autodesk sent, was all on the one line, and the Line Breaks were replaced by black squares in the text, check for these squares, and where there is a black box, delete it and replace with Enter (Next Line Break) Jay~

thanks keytech I checked the details that I sent to autodesk and they were incorrect, I had a _ instead of a - in the server name. I got them to send me another one with the correct info.
