FLEXlm LMTools License Snafu

We have a three seat license for AutoCAD 2002 with only the license manager installed on NT4.0 server, SP6. One Win2K workstation gets a license everyday OK from FLEXlm but now we're having difficulty with the second workstation install.
Where can I find accurate and complete documentation on workstation setup for AutoCAD 2002, network installation?
