Flexibility - print crystal report after reporting production

Hello,

I was hopeful someone could help me with this. When I report production, I have users enter the manufacturer's lot code. I would like to launch a Crystal report that contains the manufacturer's lot code field (amongst other things). I imagine this is an on save event? Would I be better off adding a button to do this after production has been reported and saved? Thanks in advance. Any example code for launching Crystal in general would be a great help.

Oh yes, I should have said - Progression 7.7.4

I have Flexibility and I've added the relevant Crystal reference library stuff.

No I don't believe we do. We are certainly not running it but I'll double-check.
