We use the Flattener Preview Palette to see if vector art or fonts will rasterize upon the creation of a PostScript. It is an excellent way to avoid hassles, but I've run into a document, that will not "grey out" so as to show if there is any type rasterizing. I've opened other documents in IDCS2 and the palette works fine.
Just wondering if anybody's had this issue, and if there is somewhere in a document that I can change so that I can get a Flattener Preview to work.

I've had that where there is nothing that's effected, so when you pick one of the things to highlight, nothing happens.

I think that means that the doc is probably fine. To double check, try selecting the various options, If it doesn't gray and highlight, that means there's notning that applies to that.

If you know there's some transparancy and it's not showing, then you could be having a problem.

Using OSX 10.3.9 on a G4

Oh you know what? I bet there is no transparency, you can see that in the Pages palette. Yes that is it. It all seems so obvious now. Thanks.
