Flat style combo box ?

Hi
Does anyone know if it's possible to have a combo that has a flat stle ?

All my buttons are flat, my labels have a single border but then the combos just look odd as they have the 3d style ...

Only by creating an owner drawn combo, overriding the WM_PAINT message and drawing a flat border and button yourself.

I found a few examples myself on the net but wondered if there was a quicker way ... seems to be an oversight on the part of MS ...

The quickest way is to find a free flat combo control that someone else has created ;-)

indeed - my boss is paranoid about controls other people have written though , along with a host of other things ;-)

i might have a crack at overriding paint on the default combo ...
