I am thinking of upgrading to flahmx if i can add video to my movies.

i read that flash mx support mpeg videos, which is what i can create with my digital camera.

I want to directly transfer my MPEG video from my camera and include it in my flashMX movie?

how does it work? will the movie transfer and become a series of keyframes?

thank you so much.that was the link i wanted. it has tons of info.

i would like to upgrade to flashmx but...i want to keep a copy of flash 5.0 on my computer and a copy of 6.0 also. Is this possible to do? rather than adjusting the export setting to 5.0 every time.

(the reason is that the majority of my movies i will still be creating in 5.0 and just the video pages will be in 6.0.

i don't want entire my audience to have to update their player since most of them will not be interested in viewing the video pages.)

maybe you could install flash5 one more time but in a different directory and make the 2nd installation the target of the upgrade?

ok..good idea. thanks. that may work.
