Please help
The STD2401LW-S I have has stoped working.
A breief history of what has been happening
* started chewing tapes on friday.
* refused to acnowledge tapes on Tuesday and snaped 2
* reported that any tape put into it wasn't of the correct format
* stoped me from putting tapes in
* all 3 lights are flashing in unison in a pattern
* now reporting as offline
I am completly stumped as all info I find about the lights don't mention anything like this.
I have resigned myself to the fact it may need replacing but I would like to be able to try things till we get a replacement (as it may take some time).
I haven't restarted the machine it is in as it is our main server. But I will be trying that tonight.
