Flashing light on incoming calls

Does anyone know how to connect a falshing light to Avaya 4621 IP phones?

We want to be able to hear a loud bell AND/or see a flashing light when the phones are ringing in a loud production area.

add an analog extension with the line appearance as a brdg-appr and wire a bell or light to it.

We have successfully opened a phone and tapped into the speaker wires with an amplifier and a loudspeaker....
Voids the warranty of course, but it works like a charm.
