Flashing bios

I had problems flashing the BIOS of a motherboard PCCHIPS 585LMR. For the first time (there's always a first time), it didn't work. I don't have a second 585LMR to get a bootable ROM and my question is: how can I flash a bios in another motherboard? I have PCCHIPS 598LMR and a few boards by ASUS and SOYO, but whenever I tried to flash the BIOS there, I had first a warning message and then the message "wrong bios type".

Check your manual first to see the settings and to doublecheck if you flashed the BIOS correctly. Then check to see if they have a website, sometimes they update the version of the BIOS.
Did you clear the CMOS?
 
I already have the contents of the BIOS I want to flash. The problem is that I need a similar motherboard to boot from, and then transfer my BIOS chip to that motherboard to flash it. My question, basically, is: how can I flash a BIOS in a motherboard that is not the one of that BIOS? I don't have a second 585LMR to boot from.
