7 incoming lines all set to AA after 6 rings, sometimes line
1 is answered by AA, sometimes line 1 is answered by mailbox
on x226. I checked 226 and made sure cfw on busy wasnt set, any ideas?

Have you checked forward no answer on the set? The # of rings need to be 6 rings or higher.

Also try F#4 at x226 to make sure it's not forwarded.

Also check the prime set for your lines. you may find X226 is the prime set for line 1 (or all lines).

are your lines appearing at the set, if not you may have to increase the number of Intercom channels to accomidate 2nd 3rd and so on more calls
