flash won't install!

trying to install flash mx 2004 on a mac 10.3.5
it installed when i was running 10.2.8
now when i try to reinstall i get a message saying installation is complete but i'm never asked for a serial number and when i try to open the program it doesn't open. same happens for freehand, fireworks and dreamweaver.

Have you searched Macromedia and Apple support pages to see if there are conflicts?

What you can try is downloading the studioMX trial and activate it using your serial number. (assuming you have studio)
