Flash with sound & Director

Hi, everyone...
when i'm insert my movie (that include sound) in director 8, doesn't play the sound... i guess ... director doesn't recognize the script i used to start the sound... anyone have an idea how i can fix it???

Director 8 can not support actionscripting from Flash 5.
(I believe, however, that Director 8.5 can support it).
One thing you can do is try exporting your flash swf as Flash 4 from the program and bring that into Director and see if it works out for you. I think you may have to change the actionscripting to initialize a sound to the way you would do it in Flash 4.

You could also put a get url action on your buttons that initialize the sound using Director's lingo.

So in the url line put this: lingo: puppetSound "mysound", 1
And then bring your sound "mysound" and the Flash swf into Director and the get url should pass to Director and play the sound using Lingo.
