I did a CICS install and the customers wanted extensions 10 through 16.
I seem to remember on another job that this caused a conflict with the Gen. Del. Mbox being 10 (or 100)
and the Sys Admin being 12 (or 102).
What say you about this particular situation?
Simply, what I did was put a phone in the equipment room for ext 12 with Call Forwarding to another extension number. You'll have to do the same for ext 10. If not, you are headed for major headaches...
