Is there a way to check your messages remotely from outside the office???

When the auto attendant answers press ** and follow the prompts to login. If a human answers have them transfer you to the Flash DN and follow the prompts to login.

If the caller makes a selection from the CCR and is transfered to the users phone and the call is not answered, it is then forwarded to the destination VMBox. Pressing ** at this point promts you to input your VMBox and PWD. I have not had much succes with this because the system does not recognize the combination. Any suggestions?

the problem usually is the vm doesnt recognize ** dtmf try it slower and longer...1 * is to leave a msg and will prompt fo rjust mbox ...2 ** should get mabox/password combination

Thanks lugerlover, works fine if you go slow. Heard an echo when I input the digits so that may have been counteracted by going slower. Thanks a million.
