Having problems figuring how to get my flash vm to ring 4 phones at the same time. Cant find the hunt group menu under system? this is how i was going to do it. I have a 7.1 cics with a flash vm. i want to use the ccr tree to select 1 for parts and then ring 4 phones. thanks in advance.
