Flash VM Qustions 2

1. When connceting from a terminal to Flash... what s the password?
2. To conect to MICS 6.1 and Flash from a terminal what is required?

To connect to a flash:

DB25 to comm port, set your terminal emulator to VT100 1200 8N1. Hit Enter PWD: SYSMGR <enter>

To connect to an MICS 6.1:

You need a Fast Rad and Norstar Remote Utility Program Rls 10. Through NRU you may program the Flash using the set emulation.

And a computer for both. The computer can really be anything from a 486 and up but running Win 98 with a Pentium of some kind seems to have been the most stable platform so far.

Anyone know if there is such a thing as an upgrade from Norstar Remote Utilities 9 to 10 and where I can find it???

There is no public link. You have to be authorized (vendor) to get it from nortel.
