Flash VM problem

I have a customer with a Flsh 2 VM. Everything works, except if you try to play a saved message from the general MB it comes up an says "cannot continue". Then it exits the system. Has anyone ever heard of this?

Reboot the voice mail and try again.

If same issue then corruption has began, next step is to reinstall programming from scratch.

Tried reboot a few times. No luck! Do you think a reinstall will fix the problem?
Or is the sftwre cart. screwed?

You wont know if software is bad until you do the reinstall.
Reinstall is like reinstalling windows.

This always indicates a software corruption. If a REINSTALL doesn't fix it then the software card has gone bad.

Thank you both. The customer decided to wait & see. We all know what will happen next. And of course they will want it fixed on some Friday at 5pm.

I just had a thought. Try changing the class of service for the GD mailbox and then reboot the Flash.
