Flash 4 2.0.10 s/w attached to MICS NA-4.1 WI 6.04. The Flash has lost all of it's programming twice now. The first time I was there and it happened when I rebooted the MICS but left the flash running with power the whole time. Basically the MICS saw STK on the ports but the only feature code that responed was F903 to start the install process. Then F983 comes up with pswd and doesn't allow anything but a startup. The second time the phone system never when down the flash just stop responding and the same process happened.
ITAS told me to put a UPS on the system, which it has. Boy, Them ITAS people really know there stuff - j/K.
Thanks for any help in adavance -

Sounds like you could have a bad PCMCIA card . If you find a tip helpful Please take a moment to mark it as such.

ITAS seemed to think it was more of a hardware problem with the flash chips storing memory. I'll probably replace the whole unit.
Thanks

Yup. If this is under warranty get rid of that unit.
