Flash videos on a flash menu bar

Hello, I would really appreciate help with this.

I have created some basic flash videos (I'm just starting on flash). I have also created a flash menu bar.

How can I get it so that a different flash window comes up on the screen depending on which flash menu option I select?

I will take any help, either directly on here or if you can direct me to a tutorial somewhere else.

I have looked everywhere for help.
