Flash tutorials?

Hello All:

I'm a helpdesk person who is looking to learn flash. My job asked me if I could make some changes to their flash website and I said I'd give it a try once I learn. I was hoping anybody could recommend any tutorials or books I might be able to purchase, that will help me learn flash. I really don't want to go to a school since I don't have the time. Any help would be greatly appreciated...Regards
