Hi There..
I have an option on my Auto Attend menu that when you press 3 after hours it connects to the answering service. Right now it is using a line pool to dial out on for that second call, and the quality is terrible. Is there anyway to do a centrex flash transfer from Call pilot?

Thanks

Carolyn

yes ... if there is link avbl - the key sequence to program is given in the manual

There is a flash command for the norstar F71; but not in the call pilot.

here you go i did the reading for you as well ...

In order to perform a Link transfer for a CCR external transfer you must add the special character # before the telephone number. For example, the telephone number would look like: #5555555

Thank you senk1s. I do appreciate that.. I read that as well before I posted here. When I do that, it still dials out using the line pool and then connected to a "non working" number. I'll keep researching, but thank you again for yoru help!

Have you tested that link is available from your Telco? Can you do F71 with a call from a phone and send the call to another number. Then you should be able to hang up and the call stay up.

I have.. and it works fine manually.. I have it programmed correctly in Call Pilot As Route and #PHONENO#D and it still selects from the line pool which isn't even referred to in any of the CCR trees. Another issue that just occurred is DN 245 (non existent). Call PIlot is 226/227 but once in a while I'll find a line engaged stating that's his being used by 245 which is not even a good # in my system. The telecom spirits are at it again..

It would appear that you have a CICS with Standard Software. If this is the case, and your CallPilot is on DNs 226 and 227, then the B2 channels for these ports are 244 and 245. That is why 244 or 245 will show as in use.

You want to enter #542 then the phone number that will flash the line
