Flash track

can anybody tell me how to build a flash track or how to put in a new sound?

does Mac suport flashtracks? what are the negative and what are the positve points of using flashtracks?

To my knowledge Flashtraks are only available on FK. You can download the Flashtraks version of sound loops, but don't think you can create them from your own sound loops.

Although I can't check it, don't see why they wouldn't work on Macs.
