flash to tv / video...

Is it possible to take flash animation files (.SWF) and somehow port them over or convert them so they can be run from or within TV ads?

Anyone ever had any opportunities to look into this at all?

Some video cards have an external output, so you could output it to tape, and also probably through a firewire to a DV cam.

I know that technically its do-able and I have one of the ATI all in wonder cards that have output capability... but in terms of quality... will that flash element carry over to TV with somewhat TV-level or broadcast-level quality?

I also have an ATI with output, but it only has a SVHS better quality output (as opposed to the RCA output), but think I remember somehow outputing (using either USB or a firewire) to a DV cam, and that met broadcast-level quality...
