Flash (swf) and Shared Border Question

I'm tryhing to run a small Flash Banner on a page

http://911pcparamedics.com

and it runs great, on the home page only. All other pages only show where the movie "should" be running ie:

http://www.911pcparamedics.com/Downloads/Coupons/Coupons.htm

Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA

I decided to go with a standard graphic, which is more efficient anyway. TIA for any answers to the above question, but it's no longer an emergency. If anyone does know about that issue, it would still be nice to know the solution in case it comes up again in the future. Thanks!
