Flash Sounds

hi all,
Here the problem I have a SFX CD of which I wish to add some of the sounds to a Flash movie but my player says the format is .aci (or something) which Flash does not reccondnise is there a program around to convert the CD tracks to Flash readable format? I'm sure there is.
