We presently have a 4 port flash ver.1.7 and would like to upgrade to a 2.0 is this just a matter of swappping out the software catridge or will i have to repogram everything?

Flash Sofware Upgrade

Upgrade Flash Voicemail:
You don't need to do the reinstall to upgrade from 1.7 to 2.0 just power down the flash pop the new 2.0 in power up perform the feature 903 and all programming will still be in place.
The power-down procedure is:
1. Unplug telephone cords.
2. Wait approx. 2 min.
3. (Optional) feature ** 938378 password: ********* test and remove all inactive feature codes.
4. Power-down Flash
5. Remove 1.7 and install 2.0
6. Power-up then wait.
7. Feature 903 and select feature code range follow prompts.
TIPS: You will see prompts to install a key. If you are not running ACD just click ok to get past this.
