Flash screen while sound file loads!

Hi Guys,
This is a very simple problem I am having and I am sure that many of you have already encountered and solved too.

I am trying to play a sound file for an HTML web page. It seems the sound file is too large, so the pictures load first and start swapping(via javascript) while the music plays after about 1 min.

I need a flash screen which says "Loading" while the music file loads before I start showing the pix and the music plays.

Will appreciate it if any of you can gimme some ideas.

Best solution is probably to do the whole thing in Flash.

Then you would be able to take an action once the music was loaded (i.e.: start the slide show).
