Flash Screen Size in Browser... 2

Hey!

Does anyone know how to make a flash movie automatically resize itself to the size of the browser window it is being viewed in? If so, please tell me how to do it.

The only way I know to do it proportionately is to set the dimensions to percent at 100 X 100 in the Publish Settings under the file menu. Ya' Gotta Love It!

Hi,

In the html code of the page where you put your swf in, set the width and height of the swf to 100 %.

If you use dreamweaver:
1) open a new page
2) import your flash movie
3) in the property inspector set width and height of the flashmovie to 100%

No problem...I do that all the time to other people...its hard to know who is posting and it adds a little variety to the mix of answers. Ya' Gotta Love It!

If you also add this code to the body tag in the html it will stretch the movie to the very edge of the browser window:

<BODY leftmargin=&quot;0&quot; rightmargin=&quot;0&quot; topmargin=&quot;0&quot; bottommargin=&quot;0&quot; marginheight=&quot;0&quot; marginwidth=&quot;0&quot; scrol=no>


The scroll=no bit takes away the scroll bar from the right of the browser window...

Also, when you publish select Exact fit from the scale drop down under the html tab.
