Flash Problem with Communicatin Server

Dear all :
I'm using flash 2004 MX Pro with version 1.5 of communication server to create a video conference with others thru the http server. I found that the output of the video small window always flick around and without any response even I click the icon. Please help what should I do next. Thx a lot
