MICS 4.0 with Flash 4 has been working great for about a year. Somehow a VM Box was deleted, when we went to reenter, it asks MB, then EXT, then Service Class as normally does, then when you enter "1", it says "cannot Proceed" and kicks you out of admin?!

Has about 50 sets on system, with 38 active VM's on it, I am wondering if the storage is almost full and causing a glitch. When I rebooted system, I was able to enter fine. I don't want to upgrade customer to CP150 unless necessary, but do not want to have continued problems as well.

Any thoughts?

It will probably keep on working for a long time. A re-boot will clear up many odd things. Remember, it is just a PC. Thank goodness we are not using Bill Gates stuff on them or they would need rebooted every day.

Will it let you build any other mailbox?

I wouldn't reboot a flash. Been there, done that, sick of reprogramming voice mails.

Yes, after rebooting I was able to add the VM box without a problem. Been there done that too....it sucks when you have to redo 40 or so VM's....fast! CP is cool, but the flash 4 works fine and I am sure they are not going to upgrade over the first glitch. I'll monitor and see if there are continued problems before recommending upgrade to CP100 or 150. Thanks all!
