Flash Presentation Software-As easy as Powerpoint

Are there any software packages which will allow me to create a Flash presentation in a similar manner to how ones uses Microsoft Powerpoint to produce a presentation?

Alternatively, is there any software that will convert Powerpoint to flash?

If you Google you'll get 100s of PowerPoint to Flash tools returned. I've never used them so I can't recommend particular one though.

My recommendation will be to do it in Flash. A basic slide show should not be too difficult. May be this video will help? <
