Flash Preload & Flash Comm. Server?

Hey everyone,
I have a two questions about flash and I am also pretty new at flash so thanks for all the help in advance. My first question is how do you preload a flash file in another flash file. Heres the example. Say you have the intro movie and inside that movie I want to preload menu.swf so on another page it would load with out any lag time or anything. If this is kind of confusing I'll try to explain better. My other question is about Flash Communication server. I was wondering if anyones used it and how would you set it up. If anyone knows of a place that explains it that's be helpful.

Thanks oldnewbie, but from what I got outta the file that i downloaded is just how to preload a file. I already know how to do that. I want to be able to preload two files simultaneously and play one of the files and save the other for use later in the site. I hope that makes a little more sense for the help though

Then as soon as your intro movie is playing, simply load your other movie in an off-stage (unseen) or in a 0% alpha container clip. Make sure you have a stop(); action on it's first frame, so the movie won't stream in playing. When you're ready (assuming the second movie has had time to preload...), simply have it play.
