Flash PHP mailform problem

Anybody have experience in making a Flash / PHP mailform???
I posted the PHP script the other day but would like to email the actual .fla file and the php script to see if someone can tell me what I have done wrong.
I am terrible @ PHP! So that is the first problem. Thanks in advance!!
