Flash or Director ??

Hi all I am going to start a large project, where the final swf or projected .exe file will be about 20MB do you think I should do it in flash or director I prefer to use flash but is it ok I once hear that flash isnt so great for files over like 5MB please let me know before I get to into my project with flash
