flash only works with admin priviledges on w2k????

Thanks in advance for any replies......
I am running W2K pro at home and give my daughter power user privilidges. She has to connect to a website that uses flash as part of a login process. flash will not work unless she is loged on as an administrator. I perfer not to give her admin privilidges on my machine, but she has to connect to this website for school. Any insight on how flash works and its requirements would be greatly appreciated.
