I does support Flash in as much as Flash is a downloadable plug-in - maybe download the most recent version from Macromedia?
There are certain issues with Mac and Flash but they're usually wrapped up with other technologies too in complex web applications. If you're trying to view a normal Flash site movie embedded in a standard HTML page you should have no problems.
