Flash on iMac

I created my companies Holiday Card in Flash 5 on a PC. When it plays on the PC it plays fine, everything runs smoothly. But when I preview it on an iMac is runs really choppy. Is there anything I can do to make it run smoothly on both MAC's and PC's?

I tried different Frame Rates and Views but nothing has worked. I even tried exporting the SWF on the iMac using Flash 5.
