Flash on CICS

A customer recently had a power failure thanks to Ike. When the power was restored, the CICS 4.0 came back up but the flash 2.0 doesn't work. None of the flash feature codes will work. I can call the voice mail DN and the flash answers with the log: prompt. I tried the sm mailbox and password but keep getting an incorrect password message. This happened before but after several reboots, I was able to get F985 to work and did a reinstall and it worked fine after that. I replaced the flash with a working spare and was able to log in using feature 983. Since the dn length didn't match, I did a reinstall and when the flash rebooted, the replacement now does exactly the same thing as the original. Could the flash boot file have gotten corrupted by the CICS somehow? My next step will be to try both flashes on a different CICS.

After the REINSTALL did you dial F903 to activate the feature code range? This must be done on a Flash with V1.9 or higher software.
