Flash needs to reinstall after system is "cleaned"

Hi, I use a program called Window Washer to clear internet history, temp internet files, etc.
My problem is I think it also clears Flash Player.
After I have run the Washer program and then visit a page needing Flash Player I am told to install the player.

Is there a way of installing Flash Player permanently on my system. I suppose it must install into a default temporary file or somewhere?

You must have used it on some auto setting. Its dangerous that way.

Just go to Macromedia and reinstall it. Not a big deal.
