Flash MX Sound Timing Problem 1

Flash MX Sound Problem:

Flash Version: MX
Flash Player: 6

I have a 5 minute animated movie which has 5 sound files in it. I can see the sound wave forms in the timeline and they all begin and end in the correct location but when I publish the movie each sound stops 5-6 seconds earlier than they're supposed to.

I have tried adding the sound via Action Script instead of dumping them into the timeline and still have the same problem?

Can anyone help me with this please?

Is the Sync box (sounds' properties) set to "stream" or "event"?

It should be set to "stream".

Thanks for that. It has solved the problem perfectly.

I have another issue if you're able to help with it at all? I would like to ensure that when a Flash film/cartoon is run, that the Flash player window does not resize. Any help will be much appreciated.

That could depend on your html embedding settings...

But try the following on the first frame of your movie...

fscommand("allowscale", "false");

That should prevent the movie from scaling if the browser window is resized.
