FLASH MX Click Video to start it

I am totally new to flash mx... I have a video and want to add some interaction such as click to start the video... 20 seconds later stop and then click again to play the rest of the video... Is this hard to do? How do you do it... If I was to buy a book on how to do this what am I looking for?

Don't know if you've managed to embed your video in Flash yet, but if that's done and you did embed it in a movie clip, it would be easy to have a stop action on the first frame of this movie clip, and on another layer a button, which when pressed would simply play this movie clip. Another stop action and another button, 20 seconds or whenener later would accomplish the same thing.
