Flash MX, ASP, and Microsoft Access Database COnnectivity

I desperately want to learn how to connect to a Access DB using ASP and a Flash MX and/or 2004 Pro front-end application to:

- add a record
- modify/ delete a record
- save to the database
- email via asp and flash


Is there a clear step by step tutorial anyone knows of. IF not does anyone know of a great book for a visual leaner like me.

I experienced the Flash and ASP Integration tutorial on asp101.com before.
However, I wanted something more in-depth. I searched and searched but there are no great step-by-step tutorials. I am going in circles. Here is what I plan to do,.

I have a database of inventory items, I want to create a section that lets a Admin User login to modify or delete a record. I also want to create a section that lets a Regular User Add/Modify a new record all in the same *.swf file and all using the same ACCESS database. I am an intermediate Flash Designer and I hope that with careful self-paced instruction, I will be able to learn how to add dynamic elements. So far I am enrolled to take a week long Flash MX 2004 Pro Application Design course next month, but I do not want to be in the dark when I get there.

The were here article will help me, I saw a section that answered my prayers. I wonder whay MAcromedia does not offer this info through Devnet. I know it is Propriatary to Microsoft but Opensource never was Microsofts strong point. I guess Macromedia is catering to the big man upstairs. Bill Gates
