Flash movie, width="100%"

Hi guys (Unisex term..)
Quicky for you. Is it possible to give the movie the attribute, width="100%", even as a bonus but not necessary heght ="100%"

Using Flash MX ->publish settings -> scale -> Exact fit ?

this doesn't seem to be what i'm looking for unless i've miss-understood something along the way.

i would then edit the html to include in the body tags
