Flash movie gets cut off on save

I am new to using Flash graphics. I have a flash graphic that I am using for navigation, and it previews fine in Dreamweaver and previews fine in IE. Once the htm file is saved, the Flash still plays fine in Dreamweaver, but when I preview in IE, the right side of the graphic gets cut off. Even if I put the graphic on a page by itself without anything else on the page(including tables) it still behaves the same.
Any expanations would be appreciated
