Flash movie clip frame rate

Hey guys can you change the frame rate of a movie clip that play inside of a movie, say the movie is set at 12/sec how would you change the frame rate of a movie clip inside of it, say 60/sec.

you cannot change the frame rate...you can however manipulate the number of frames to determine the rate. for instance...at a rate of 10fps, a 10 frame clip would play in 1 second. if you had a movie clip that you wanted it to last for 2 seconds you would have to design it with 20 frames. Just do a little math and you can set the rate of any clip you have. Ya' Gotta Love It!

correction...you can obviously change the frame per second(fps) on the main timeline but the fps of the main timeline sets the precedence for the whole movie file. Ya' Gotta Love It!
