Flash Menu....

Here is my problem..I am a MCSE but really am a newbie when it comes to Flash...I volunteer for a local non profit group and was put as webmaster. I got someone to build my menu in Flash and i built the rest of the site in HTML. My problem is people who use 56k connections can't seem to move around the site using the flash menu? anyone with highspeed can? I did have a scrolling ticker that I knew how to update and i did with ease until one day it didn't work? Around that time is when I started gettting emails saying some people could not get around the site..I might be in left field here? I would appreciate any tips as our resources and cash flow is low so we can't pay a professional to do the site.

worked fine for me..can't really see why there would be a problem..

but if you want to send the fla to me i will look and see if i can do anything with it to reduce the file size..

you sent me the swf file..i would really need the .fla file to get inside and have a look..but i can tell you this from what i am seeing..i pretty much guarantee you are right..it's probably the ticker..

and what do you mean by third party ticker?..

if you send me the fla i will work the ticker out in flash so you will not need a third party one..
