flash interaction with HTML

hi again,
once again i have ran into the troublein Flash MX. this time it is regarding the interaction of flash movies with an html page (with frames).
i have 3 frames in my webpage, on top,left and the last one is the main frame. and i have a flash movie loaded in the left frame.now here is the problem,what i exactly want to achive here is when i click on the links in my flash movie(loaded in the left frame) the corresponding flash movies should appear in the main frame.This problem is bothering me quite a lot.
can any one help me please in that? cause i have no idea what so ever what should i do here.

The links in the left frame should be something like

getURL("about.html", "mainFrame");

You will be loading the HTML files that contain the swf files. It sounds to me like you might be trying to link directly to your swf files.
